If the programming change to prevent CS from skipping to QS/IA without finishing the current step they are in is actually implemented properly, this should end the farming for pretty much anyone other than the most senior pilots. At least until the way 23M7 is distributed is (hopefully) changed in C2026. A lot of the farming right now is being done by pilots who are hoping CS decides to skip to IA mid step (usually WS or OOBWS) and being in the right spot on the list when they decide to do that. If they are skipping a step entirely you have to be VERY senior to have any chance at a 23M7 in most cases.
