RES has to do the math on every GS or now QS which means icrew to evaluate it by day for PBs and pay. Even REGs are going to get sick of the constant responses required to see if you won the lotto.
Then they can take out their QS. I'm sick of getting IA calls for trips that have already been covered and waiting on hold for 20 minutes for one that is about to be covered.
I don't GS that often but there's been once in the last 5 years where I've gotten so many trips in a single call out that I felt stressed about whether I could take one. So I don't see what you're trying to say.
