Almost nothing changed. The company still pays a penalty, as they do now. The only difference now is that it eliminates a free for all and senior pilots being skipped for trips they wanted to fly. No leverage was given away because 90% of the trips they were covering they were technically doing per the pwa.
I genuinely don't think you read the agreement and if you did, you don't understand it
