I admit I'm not an expert on the topic, but we saw how well holding everything until the full TA worked in 2023. Perhaps if the crew force had an idea of where things were heading in late 2022 or early 2023 it might have been possible to course correct and save us 2+ years of lost wages....so I don't see the argument for why the MEC should hold everything till the end, unless there is some governing document that stipulates this. Perhaps you just think the NC should have the first word? I guess I somewhat agree, but it seems like small potatoes when we've had many larger fish to fry for the last 18 months. If you have some other explanation for what exactly you find odd, I do hope you'll enlighten us.
