I'm not sure regarding your math, if you guys are counting new hires in total needed. The amount of new hire FOs to cover the growth of the 787 flying is all in one boat now.
The number is double at least the need for Captains in the 787. With only 60 Captains and 100 FOs for 4-5 airframes that number into the 100's, 200+ FOs for the additional 8 +.
Will this be additional to the numbers you have been told?
