Employees need to stay in their lane and remember their only worth is to make the company and us more and more money making us look good doing that off your back with lower quality of life, pay and benefits. In the long run this is really better for all of us trust us.
not sure it is accepting less, just being realistic with our leverage. the only way to truly get leverage over management at this point is to vote down a TA. management beleives we will vote in any TA that comes our way. management doesn't believe the trustee and his cronies represent the pilot group. the only way to gain leverage is to vote down a TA with overwhelming majority.
we can and will be in negotiations for at least four more years while the republicans are at the NMB. there is no threat of a release. the only way to gain leverage and pressure management is to get a TA, send it out for vote and then vote it down with a massive NO vote.
