You are correct about the crappy CBA, nobody should want to work for sub-par wages. The contention currently is "what constitutes a fair wage for an LLC"? So I basically gave you the answer, tell Maury to go fornicate himself with a wire brush and work at a mainline/legacy carrier. I will provide an example as to why you are wrong about equal pay.
