Does the EFB manager/director really need be CA qualified? They didn’t just switch over and need a pilot perspective to put out fires.
I agree, but where would all the ladder climbers and those who aren't about actually flying go? Perhaps being a "check pilot" wouldn't be prestigious enough for them?
