ill stand by what I said. We almost had 4 hull loses in one yr from lack of experience. That coupled with guys who have way more experience getting their CJO rescinded because they are no linger qualifed yet have 5x the experience and this makes no sense..
it's not the applicants fualt its the company not learning their lesson.
