How would we know that APA is negotiating in good faith in this discovery phase?. In other words, could ALPA provide a summary to the APA membership directly, on their perspective with regard to the merger discussion with APA leadership. APA leadership could just provide their side of the negotiation - and us APA members would never know if APA negotiated in bad faith.
