2024 was 66 2025 64 and 2026 is 54 for if even we don’t get the 6 extra I still think 100-150 total sounds about right to make up for the 3 years of retirements we have not hired for for Q1 of 2026
I agree if that max 10 ever comes to fruition and even if get have of them in 2017 18 planes of growth will trigger some hiring in late 2026
but if we don’t hire over summer all these people upset and low ALVa can take my trips and I love VRBOs and low Alvs
I didn’t include retirement since like you already mentioned, we haven’t hired for retirement since January of 2024.
I think VBROs are a thing of the past unless there is some kind of economic/travel numbers slow down.
