The government just announced they are going to force the airlines to cut 10 percent of their schedules in certain markets. I guarantee you every major hub is on that list. If it’s not enough, they’ll force more. You don’t think a 10 percent forced reduction in flight schedules is a big deal? What if the government is shut down for a year? Eventually, the entire TSA and the controllers will just quit. This absolutely has potential to get really bad for us.
Now it’s 4%, down from 10%.
The government shutdown will end soon, and certainly not last “a year.”
