In 2005, Mesaba airlines signed a fresh 10 year "iron-clad" ASA with Northwest Airlines for Avro service. I never doubted that some "highly-regulated" Wall St. type hyped up PCL stock. Maybe he's right, maybe not, I'm not gonna bet my savings on it.

Guess who's once more on a list compiled by Wall St. types of airlines which might face (yet another) BK?

Nothing is certain or stable in the airline biz, that's all I'm saying. Cheap shots and lame rumors don't change this fact.

10 years is a very long time, and any given regional, or major, might not even exist in 10 years. I wish the best for PCL, as I do for XJ, and just about any other company out there who employs pilots to fly airplanes. It just gets tiresome to hear some guys harp upon the value of their 10 year ASA's with demonstrably untrustworthy airlines. NWA has proven that they will drop a contract if need be. I have no comment about Delta or Continental.
