Is there vide of the engine actually departing (vs. before and after)? I had a professor that said when this happens on these designs, the engine would go up and over the wing when it departed from the mount...which would likely spray other parts at the same time.
Supposedly there is an airport surveillance video available, but it has not been released publicly yet.
