not disagreeing with you but people fall into a career FO…..it’s not the aspiration for the vast majority of pilots hired at an airline with Widebody aircraft.
my experience is most senior WB FOs are happier than 50% of WBCA thy get bought off for landings, for training etc etc and even if they don’t they fly gig credit trips
