Basically if the negotiations fail between our pilot groups then Republic and Mesa could remain as 2 separate operations. Both would be owned by Republic Airways Holdings. It'd be like the days of Republic, Shuttle, and Chautauqua operating separately under RAH.
This scenario would probably suck, because it'd give management the opportunity to pit the different operations against each other for flying, jets etc.
