You do not have an obligation to respond to any attempted contact on a training day or during rest/X day/PR day. Training is not rest thus you do not have a 24 hour non fly day period. Given all that you simply resume LC at 0400, with the earliest report being 18 hours after that point, and barring self-acknolwedgement any such assignment requires legal notification by scheduling.
