True story. I will tell you that NK has to show specific metrics for money to be released. If those numbers are not met, remaining DIP will not be released. NK will eventually squeeze enough out to make it happen or there’s a chance the court will step in. The judge wants to make sure NK is on a path of BK exit. Creditors will be taken care of first.
