Anybody go through an immuntherapy regime (allergy shots)? Allergies are seriously kicking my arse too....allegra and claritin don't seem to do a whole lot for me. I started the allergy shots once, but never got very far and didn't finish. Anyone with positive results?
Also, how about the cortizone nasal sprays like Flonase or Nasonex, anyone use them with good results?
