I have my interview in December and just constantly see TBNT after TBNT on FB. Know someone who was super qualified and did interview prep also get a TBNT. I don’t get why they’re being so selective from the interviews. Bringing in all these candidates and spending all this time/money to only give CJOs out to 25% of interviewees is very different from typical airline hiring
I think the realization that we could've had several hull loses in 2024 has made the company become extremely sensitive to hiring. Not saying it's right or wrong but it's just a realization of what's probably going on.
