If one is a senior WBFO they would also be a reasonably senior NBCA. I think in every base/category I’d be more senior as a NBCA vs a WBFO - especially in the non-coast bases.
That being said, as a pretty senior WBFO (~35%) contemplating taking an upgrade, I pretty much assume the income will be the same.
Same money, more days at work. No matter how many times I run the math it always comes out the same, especially in EWR/SFO/LAX where the productivity for WB flying is crazy high (30+ hour 4 days, 25 hour three days).
