All this talk about seats. They can't be that expensive.
100 airplanes with 200 seats is 20,000 seats. There aren't just extra seats lying around. They have to be manufactured and then transported to the place where they are installed. Lufthansa has a bunch of 787s parked in CHS because they don't have seats in them yet.
