No, they flat out cancelled our flight and rebooked pax on other flight(s). Then told us we were going to operate as a ferry with original call sign with stub then changed that to yet another call sign - the 19.5 hour thing was something that just happens automatically. They did cancel the original flight though. To me that seems like a RR.
I’m not 100% smart on reroutes, but if you send the rotation, I can run it through my app and calculate the expected pay. Should be L4 from what you’re describing, and L8 if scheduled to release >25 hours late for trans-oceanic.
