AA is a *hitshow right now.. the Air Show (an aviation podcast) recently had 3 episodes in a row labeled "What's Wrong with American Airlines part x/x...) not much positive was said.

Personally, I've flown with two FOs come from there last year - both of them said when they were telling the Captains they were flying with that they had job offers from DL, not one said "stay here... it's good..." they all said they should take the offer and run.

Of course, times change.. and one airline that is up is down, etc. but from the friends over there, AA has been a mess for a while. The merger with US Airways just made it worse.
