The vastly different career income earning potential is staggering. The fact that the ones having the easiest and shortest route to legacy careers are the same ones telling the senior guys to get out of my seat.
They literally said that to their RJ captains in the 20 teens. I was there during the lost decade doing union work and hearing from pro-standards of the complaints of new FO’s literally telling their CA’s “you’re in my way, get out of my seat.”
these are mostly the same folks now vehemently against 67.

Good to hear that you’ve looked into the future and saw the next 30 years.
Even if it’s smooth sailing for the next several decades, you think you deserve more based solely on the fact that a small percentage of younger pilots hit the timing jackpot?
We should change the entire system because it benefits you?
