Yes the "Good Ole Days" for us started in about 2018, took a brief pandemic intermission and is otherwise still in effect. For as long as the economy holds up and payscales track inflation or better. Even when the retirements taper off in 10-15 years all of us will still be in a good place, if the economy and industry tracks OK.
