Its the same mentality that we should have 5 hour “I’m a little drop of fuel” oral exams because “that’s how we did it back in my day”.

NH seniority should be DOB with oldest first. It never will be because this, for some inexplicable reason, is more of an emotional “hill to die on” than even the most niche triple dip scams ever invented.
