Flt Ops podcast on fleet planning last month(?) said retired by 2030 with drawdown as early as 2028. No direct replacement, rather they’ll be replaced by other NB deliveries. I’d imagine they’d be gone tomorrow if we could get deliveries.

It was a tough way to start here. New hire seniority really should go by age. I would have felt much better ending up in that position due to senior classmates actually being older, not random luck.
Its all relative, one man’s trash is another’s treasure.. Pretty commutable trips even on the junior end. Fairly consistent movement as well due to people breaking the seat lock after one year, as shown on this AE.
