You can definitely tell Tennessee does not have state income tax driving around anywhere near the city. The roads suck and the infrastructure cannot keep up with the amount of people moving here. This city desperately needs better public transportation too considering downtown revolves around nightlife and drinking. All of us young and dumb bachelor FOs living near the city would probably appreciate it. Not to mention a severely underfunded and staffed police force. The amount of drunk and reckless driving around here is terrifying.

The state would probably use state income tax for more state troopers to arrest completely sober people for DUIs however.
