It wouldn’t surprise me. Personally, I will vote against any TA that leaves 23.X unchanged again.
The last round took a strange “all or nothing” approach to commuter policy improvements. The goal shouldn’t be PSC or bust — it should at least be a policy consistent with the rest of the industry, preferably AAL’s.
