The LAX to JFK redeyes go pretty senior they are efficient and no BS like RA and stuff. Far more senior than the 4 day trips 2-2-3-3. MIA pinkeyes go pretty senior too, the ones that land at 0200 HBT. I think the worst (in terms of what doesn't get picked up) is the 0100 takeoff to PHL. I still think LAX has the best flying in the system by far if you're 50% seniority or better (A320). Even more so if you're +30%. Even if you're low seniority, I'd much prefer a 2 day (1-1) with a redeye eating sundays and good meals on the T-model, than the horrifying east coast flying with victory laps (WTH is that?) and other craziness. You'll also avoid hubs and that reassignment stuff I always hear about.
