The current system provides a great quality of life and compensation. Let’s not ruin it for everyone just because a few people want to keep their seniority for longer. There are plenty of places to fly after 65 for those that desire to.
lots of people don’t get that now unfortunately. However, you can always retire earlier and get your water cannon. Do you really think these guys don’t know they shouldn’t be flying?
