The first 717s were slated to be delivered to TWA in late 1999 or 2000. I can’t remember if they actually arrived in 1999, or the fleet was just being stood up. I was at TWA when they announced the purchase of the 717.

320 info was presented at a LCA meeting. IIRC only 19 of the oldest 320s are slated to be parked. The other old 320s are going to get power seats, and the harmonization. I don’t have my notes with me, so I could be off on the number of ships being parked.

At Velvet last month, V.P. HT. stated the 717 fleet is being discussed on a weekly basis due to the spar issue. Also, no new pilot bases outside of our hubs (sorry AUS hopefuls). My guess, and only a guess, based on her comments is the next pilot bases is MSP 220, but that’s only a guess!
