Best 717 replacement is the Max-7. It would be a slight upgrade in capacity while burning 27% less fuel on the same routes. 3 FAs. It’s slightly longer than the -700 holding right at 150 pax. Seems to me Boeing would work this out with DL. 319 NEO would be similar but since Boeing is involved in the 717 leases, Max 7 or 8 might be in the future.
