Curious why you think this and what data you are using as a basis. Our executives have targeted ~3% growth YoY. I don't agree with management on many things, but I will say they know how to run things (when you look at the longer term) for the most part. We may disagree on "how" they do it, but it's obvious they are doing something right.
What you're prognosticating here is actually negative growth, which runs contra to the near and long term plans (at least out to 2030) for this place.
