The power seats are not part of the mod. The company can't make a business case for putting in the new seats. I don't know the ship numbers but if they have a clock in the lower portion of the panel where the CPDLC goes those are for sure not getting the mods.
They'd make a business case for power seats pretty quick if we started refusing to take the planes with the manual ones.
Those are the worst seats I think I've ever experienced in an airplane. I literally bid avoid 320s in PBS for that reason.
