Another way to look at it (versus just looking at the plug) is 80% seniority, which is where you can avoid most (but not all) coverage awards and actually get most weekends/holidays off on a somewhat reliable basis. Not the best trips, but reasonable lifestyle planning (QOL) month to month.

Yeah, pre Covid it took years for a new hire to even sniff MSP if I remember correctly.
COVID drastically changed a lot of seniority numbers and time to hold at the bottom.
