Yeah, pre Covid it took years for a new hire to even sniff MSP if I remember correctly.
COVID drastically changed a lot of seniority numbers and time to hold at the bottom.
The compass flows and EDV SSP participants are a big part of that. Even some Mesaba flows in there too. Add in the junior fNWA pilots and you have a huge log jam around the 30% mark.
