I did miss out on the giant seniority push the last few years but it's still pretty good progression overall in my opinion.
For 34 years old retiring at 2300 is actually pretty horrible. I understand that some people got hired in their 20s recently, but you act like 34 years of age is old for being hired at a Legacy. You hit the lottery as you are in the top 5 to 8% of the youngest hired.
