Whiteslips becoming a proffer is more of an issue, but the company agreed to that in the last contract for some reason, so that's not our problem.
the difference is the majority of pilots back then would have in slips with qualifiers and not have in OOBWS in every base fishing. personally I'd just usually answer the phone when they called and they would tell me the trip and i'd decide right then if i wanted it or not. when i said no the move on immediately. we never had these issues. but that being said, i still blame all this on the company since they wanted ARCOS lol
