Slips, with or without qualifiers and/or auto-accept, are a negotiated contractual benefit. Any pilot here can use that benefit any way they desire.

That freedom and flexibility is a substantial piece of our contract’s overall value. We’d be insane to forfeit any of it to the company for free. (Not directing that at you personally.)
