You can’t be serious. For the last 35 years much of Europe (and Germany in particular) has built its economy on cheap Russian oil and gas, underfunding its military, and being the banking centers for sketchy countries and people.
Germany in particular has been unable in the last four years to address the problems in its economy, the 35 years of underfunding their military, or the contributions (or lack of same) they have made to NATO deterrence. And currently Merz is essentially calling Ukrainian males in the country draft dodgers and welfare cases that ought to go home. Meanwhile both major parties that have pretty much been in control since the end of WWII are losing ground to AfD and may soon be out of power.
For that matter, the leaders of the biggest economies in Europe all have public approval ratings that make even Trump look goid:
