Say it again only louder! This isn't a PWA, ARCOS, Auto accept, etc problem. This disaster lies squarely in the lap of CS for inadequate staffing and training. The company's psych profiles of 17,500 pilots tells them we are problem solvers. This isn't our problem, but management is happy to let us think it is. I've said this numerous times. A trained monkey that clicks "cover' when trip enters open time and another one trained to click "next" every 12 minutes after the ARCOS call would improve trip coverage dramatically. They are letting the problem grow hoping we fix it with PWA concessions.
Dang it there I go solving company problems. I'll get back to profiting from them.
