Not sure about UA, at AA you would retire around 700 if you went there instead of Dela last year. If you got hired today at AA at 34 you would be right on the border of triple digets. Definitely not at DL, that 2300 number is horrid. But that is because for some reason DL had such a hard on for 20 something wunderkind social media influensters during the hiring wave. That's a lot of fluffy hair and horrible mustaches that will be permanently in front of you. UA and AA not so much.
