Fair point, for sure. But in the context of WB Captain vacancies 'lifting all boats', it's a meaningful contrast.
That said, for anyone with CJO's to both (the point of the thread), the much larger opportunity for WB FO at UA is also meaningful in their decision - even if you don't want to do it yourself, having more people above you who [I]do]/I] is a good thing.
