Speaking of instructors, does United compensate similarly as Delta? i.e. pay of highest aircraft you can otherwise hold as CA, or FO instructor. I'm sure there are dozens of CA instructors getting paid WBA but aren't in a WB fleet.
A UAL 737 instructor can get 12 yr WB FO pay or 737 CA pay (pretty sure I’ve got that right). Believe it’s also based on 90 hrs a month. Got a good friend over there who’s worked at the TK for around 7 years now.
