Speaking of instructors, does United compensate similarly as Delta? i.e. pay of highest aircraft you can otherwise hold as CA, or FO instructor. I'm sure there are dozens of CA instructors getting paid WBA but aren't in a WB fleet.
They are industry leading for instructors. Highest pay rate for FOs is higher (NB CA), the opportunity for “premium pay” sims, and many other provisions leave Delta in the dust.
*of course, Delta does do some things better, such as the mechanism to rotate to the line vs what United does.
