I've been studying the ATP written some here and there, but not as thoroughly as I should, at least before I got the interview invite anyway. Any help regarding what subject areas the questions, if there are any specifics, would greatly be appreciated.
The ATP-based written is right out of the book, so they kind of assume that you should be able to ace that.

A low, but passing, score on that test will raise eyebrows "knew what the questions were going to be, but still got them wrong because he didn't prepare".

Check out the online gouge sites for any recent specifics...it was too long ago for me, but I'm sure that no calculations are required.
