That's not ok no matter how you feel about seniority. That's what being in a union is all about. The guys on top have to give a little for the collective good. We bargain and receive our benefits as a group. All this talk about honoring seniority is driven by a few greedy pilots. The company will always exploit loopholes. That's how this process works. We do it too.
