Plane Sense no longer does DEC. Once you have completed FO IOE, and have 1400 hours, you can ask for an upgrade evaluation. If successful you are then paid as a first year Captain and are put into the next upgrade class, you can bypass one upgrade class.
As was previously said assignment to the PC24 is seniority based for PC12 Captains, which is currently 2 1/2-3 years.
